Christine Lok is a young contemporary artist based in Singapore. Lok's artworks provides an insightful perspective into the overlooked beauty in our daily lives. Through highlighting the subtle details, she creates worlds that allow the viewer to become a voyeur into lives free from societal expectations, social stigmas, and existential anxieties. In contrast, as she builds her artistic methodology, she hopes to raise awareness and provide new perspectives into deeper social issues utilizing her multidisciplinary approach.
